Multiway / AMR intralogistics

Autonomous robotic forklifts for every material flow.

Manufacturer: Multiway RoboticsMultiway Robotics (Shenzhen) — represented and distributed in Italy by PITECH Industrial Solution

Multiway Robotics manufactures autonomous AMR and robotic forklifts for intralogistics, with over 700 industrial customers across 20+ sectors (automotive, food, pharma, new energy, cold chain, manufacturing). The vehicles navigate with SLAM/laser and move pallets and loads autonomously, coordinated by a fleet management system. PITECH supports feasibility analysis, ROI estimation and fleet configuration, with technical-commercial support in Italy.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Multiway AMR and robotic forklifts

What is the difference between an AMR and a traditional AGV?

Multiway AMRs navigate with SLAM/laser (natural navigation): they perceive the environment and compute the path autonomously, avoiding obstacles, without magnetic tapes or fixed reflectors like many traditional AGVs. This makes them more flexible and quicker to reconfigure when the layout changes.

Which types of robotic forklifts does Multiway offer?

The range covers autonomous pallet trucks (e.g. X20/X20S, 2,000 kg), omnidirectional forklifts (OT15, 1,500 kg), stackers, reach trucks, counterbalanced forklifts, VNA trucks for narrow aisles (MW-K15, lift up to 9 m and 1.75 m aisle) and sideloaders, covering the whole internal material handling.

Do I need to modify the warehouse to install them?

Usually not invasively: SLAM/laser navigation uses the existing environment. Areas, aisles, pick/drop points, safety and interfaces with WMS/WCS and any doors/lifts must be defined. PITECH supports the feasibility analysis and the project.

Do Multiway AMRs integrate with multiple units and the software system?

Yes. Fleet management coordinates multiple vehicles, managing traffic, charging and priorities; WMS/WCS integration and VDA5050 interoperability let the AMRs communicate with the IT system and with mixed fleets.

How do I request an evaluation for a Multiway AMR project?

State the flows and volumes to automate, the load and pallet type, heights and aisles, layout and shifts. PITECH, which distributes Multiway in Italy, helps estimate feasibility, ROI and fleet configuration. Use the form below, WhatsApp or email.
